Role & Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in product selections that meet their needs.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, following company standards.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently in the point-of-sale system, managing cash and credit payments.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking, counting, and reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications ここ Must-Have
Accelerator experience in customer service roles.
Basic knowledge of retail sales and merchandising principles.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.
Adaptability to fast-paced retail environments.

Familiarity with visual merchandising standards.
