BLISS Car Wash is looking for an
EXPERIENCED Sales Associate
to guide our guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership for their vehicle.

Responsibilities
Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
Offer and sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades.
Be a self‑motivated, sales‑oriented individual.
High energy with a positive attitude.
Meet/Exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent service to ensure all guests have a BLISSFUL experience.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform.
Follow directions and make consistent decisions aligned with job functions.
Follow company safety protocol.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Be a team player.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
Perform after‑hours site cleaning as per schedule (includes tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).
Job Qualifications
Must have sales experience.
Knowledge
Maintain highest level of service.
Adapt to high‑volume retail and team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to various situations.
Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Improve through training.
Skills
Build great relationships with guests and co‑workers through excellent communication and follow‑through.
Work Schedule
Part‑time employees can work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Site Manager.
Working and Environmental Conditions
Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles.
Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents (dust, fumes, gases).
Fluctuation in temperature and conditions (heat, cold, humidity), noise, and vibration.
Physical Demands
Work outdoors with ability to stand and walk for extended periods, stay in constant motion, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, stoop.
Operate all related equipment.
