Primary Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and professional showroom experience for clients, in person, on the phone, or via e‑mail.
Assist designers with product selection, pricing, lead times, and specifications.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
Process orders and ensure thorough follow‑up.
Maintain the visual standards and overall appearance of the showroom.
Liaise with and provide sales support throughout the sales process to the outside sales team to follow up, close sales, develop leads, drive revenue, and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
Coordinate with Sales Support Representatives in ourасыз Atlanta offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the design trade through outreach efforts and industry events.
Stay informed on the latest Pierre Frey collections, launches, and brand updates.
Represent the Pierre Frey brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
A genuine interest in the arts and/or interior design.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Teams pening, Excel, Word, etc. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required.
Experience in high‑end sales, particularly in textiles, wallcoverings, carpets, and/or furniture is preferred.
Professional and polished presentation.
