with an .**Job Description Summary**This position is a key member of Enterprise’s Events Team and plays an essential role in supporting and executing a range of events throughout the year. As the organizational calendar is established annually, this role will take on leadership for select events while assisting other team members on additional programs and activities.

The role supports events of varying size and complexity—from small meetings and stakeholder convenings to large-scale, high-visibility events such as galas, groundbreakings, grand openings, and program-related gatherings. Responsibilities include developing and executing event plans; identifying, contracting, and managing vendors; supporting sponsorship revenue and tracking; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; and overseeing attendee management and communications.

This position is also the primary point of contact for all Events-related contracts, working closely with Legal, Operations Management, and Accounting to track approvals, compliance, and payments. The role contributes to departmental efficiency by helping streamline contract workflows, managing records, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.****Job Description******Responsibilities:*** Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement

+ Plan, manage, and implement a variety of organizational events

+ Deliver high-quality events that meet goals, stay on budget, and generate positive attendee feedback.

+ Make recommendations that strengthen brand visibility, partnership engagement, and organizational culture.

+ Utilize Cvent to support team operations — Accurate data and improved communication.* Vendor & Budget Management

+ Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including venues, production companies, hotels, caterers, A/V teams, etc.

+ Strong vendor relationships, well-negotiated contracts, budget reconciliation for all centralized events and high-quality event execution.* Event Planning & Execution

+ Lead end-to-end event planning, including run-of-show, space and stage design, speaker management, and on-site coordination of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

+ Serve as primary point of contact for all event-related contracts - streamlined workflows and timely approvals, compliance with policies; accurate tracking; timely reviews and payments**Qualifications & Background Required:*** Minimum 5 years of experience managing events of various scales, delivered on time and within budget; preferred.* Proven relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.* Excellent project management and time management skills.* Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing multiple vendors.* Self-motivated, and adaptable team player, capable of independently managing workload while also contributing to greater Events team* Accurate budgeting and expense tracking* Proficiency in event management platforms (Cvent strongly preferred); quick learner, eager to continuously develop new skills.* Willingness and excitement to travel as needed and work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and initiatives.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferred**Total Rewards at Enterprise:**You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $75,000 to $85,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
