around the globe, chances are, we have something special for you.**Position Overview**Mott currently has an opening for a High Purity Technician (HP Tech) on the 3rd shift. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is located at our 75 Spring Lane facility.**Role Profile & Responsibilities**The HP Technician performs kitting, manufacturing, inspection, and packing of filters, diffusers, porous assemblies, and other components for both High Purity and Industrial lines.· Process HP Products: Meet production schedules and meet customer expectations.· Quality Control: Maintain less than 2% scrap or rework.· Inventory Accuracy: Check and maintain accuracy of components in WIP and stock.· Compliance: Adhere to QMS Procedures and HP cleanliness requirements.· Environment: Maintain standards in the Clean Room work environment.**Requirements & Skills**· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year technical degree is beneficial).· Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment; clean room and TIG welding experience is a plus.· Technical: Basic computer skills, blueprint reading, and use of inspection tools.· Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and a hunger for learning.**Total Rewards**The compensation range for this position is $0.00 - $0.00, depending on experience.
