Construction Laborers / Equipment Operators
to support our industry‑leading rumble strip installations across the United States. This role offers 100% nationwide travel, an exciting work environment, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery and drive vehicles across state highways and interstates.
Perform vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
Occasionally interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel.
Prioritize safety by adhering to job‑specific protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
Required Qualifications
Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record – REQUIRED.
Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment.
Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to lift 60 pounds or more and work long shifts (8–14 hours/day).
Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. with overnight stays.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for long periods on pavement.
Exposure to noisy environments – ear protection is provided.
Comfortable working outdoors, in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust).
