Respiratory Therapist - Per Diem
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!
At
Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital,
we are passionate about patient care! We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries and have earned The Joint Commission’s Respiratory Failure Certification.
Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. At our 20-bed hospital, we are a free-standing, long-term acute care hospital serving patients in Colorado, Wyoming and Western Nebraska.

Qualifications Required Skills:

Current CPR Certification required.
One (1) year recent experience in acute care setting ناش preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Demonstrates good judgment, initiative, problem solving, decision making, prioritizing and organizational skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain proper levels ofagara confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients with breathing disorders. Performs lab functions. Assumes primary responsibility bovenstaande respiratory care treatments. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
