Master Mechanic / Lead Fleet Technician
Sedans SUVs Ford E-Series, including E-450 trucks
Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections Ensure DOT and company compliance standards Road-test vehicles before returning them to service Respond to breakdowns and minimize vehicle downtime Keep accurate service and maintenance records Coordinate with fleet management on repair priorities Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop Provide guidance or support to other technicians as needed

Qualifications Experience as a Master Mechanic, Lead Technician, or Senior Fleet Technician Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Experience with Ford E-Series / E-450 trucks preferred Ability to work independently ASE certifications a plus CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
