The Part Time Teller role is important to help develop current and new financial relationships with our membership. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and abilities for the position. Candidates who can work within procedural guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team will thrive. Greeting members and providing great service answering inquiries and building financial relationships. Providing transactional support to our members, including making deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other items with accuracy and efficiency. Promote our products and services such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards and loan products. Perform updates for members to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions. Able to work withStrictly maintain confidential information. Complete daily open/close procedures per outlined policies. The Requirements
Candidate with 6+ months cash handling experience, attention to detail, demonstrated ability with great customer service and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products or industry software preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional education, certifications or Associates degree a plus. Availability
Able to work 20–25 hours per week; Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm; includes Saturday rotation hours 9:00 am–1:00 pm. Locations: Montvale & County Market Branch. The Benefits
