AOG Living . The national multi‑family management company seeks a Bilingual Leasing Associate with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to be responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Job Summary The Leasing Associate is responsible for professionally achieving high occupancy and resident retention goals by creating positive relationships with prospects, current residents, clients, and vendors. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Essential Functions

Perform all sales and leasing activities (greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities).

Ensure the property and show units meet the Company’s standards for the marketing/leasing tour and communicate upkeep needs with Property Manager and Maintenance Team.

Record all telephone and in‑person traffic according to Company policy.

Ensure applications, leases, move‑in, renewal, and move‑out processes are completed according to Company policy.

Use on‑site property software to track apartment availability.

Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor conditions that may impact the property’s occupancy and prepare market survey.

Design marketing plan and activities to drive traffic to the property.

Complete outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts.

Demonstrate proficiency in using the internet for marketing, including Craigslist, Google, and other search engines.

Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.

Qualifications Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Apartment leasing experience or customer‑service related industry experience (e.g., retail sales, hospitality).

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete documents and lease agreements and communicate with residents.

Demonstrated sales skills (generating leads, conducting presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing).

Mathematical skills at high school level to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc.

Proficiency using property management software and Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Preferred Training / Certifications

National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.

Fair Housing training preferred.
