Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Mental Health Therapist) – On‑site – Full‑Time

Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare to a diverse patient population.
Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy sessions in both in‑person and telemedicine settings.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
Particip Municipio? (Optional) Provide case consultation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

(Optional) Bilingual therapists and play therapists are strongly preferred for certain locations.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and commitment to clinical excellence.
