Overview: The Business Development Representative will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include market analysis, lead generation, relationship building with referral sources, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed marketing goals. This is a field sales position requiring check‑ins at our clinics and face‑to‑face outreach in the territory; local and regional travel may be up to 95% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing business clients.

Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Prepare and incontrovertibly deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.

Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
