Responsibilities
Collaborate with Production Leadership to prepare the daily production agenda.
Train new hires and current employees on an ongoing basis 자체세요 필요한 경우 개발합니다осква.
Manufacture, package, and repack products—including finished goods and raw materials—adhering to manufacturing work instructions. Deviations during the process must be documented and reported to the Manager or Team Leader in a timely manner.
Handle all materials and operate equipment conscientiously and safelyesm, preventing harm to self, others, and equipment.
Support the inventory flowLoose materials between the raw material warehouse and the Production and Repack groups.
Complete transactions in SAP as required for cycle counts or when transferring stock in inventory.
Operate industrial powered equipment according to training and Freudenberg Safety Standards.
Qualifications
Team‑player with the ability to lead a team.
Conscientious about health and safety.
Basic math, reading, and basic knowledge of the metric system.
Good computer skills and abilities.
Experience with forklift or powered industrial equipment required.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP is a plus.
Experience with control systems such as Siemens PCS‑7.
