Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr
The Role As a Plumbing Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre‑construction process, producing accurate and competitive estimates from concept through bid submission.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed plumbing material take‑offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing and medical gas systems.
Review plans, specifications, and addenda to identify scope and risk.
Solic bietet, review, and analyze supplier and subcontractor pricing.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership.
Assist with bid preparation, value engineering, and proposal submissions.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience completing plumbing material take‑offs (essential).
Experience with medical gas systems highly preferred.
Background estimating commercial, healthcare, or high‑rise projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Estimating software experience is a plus.
