The Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations, is responsible for supporting the enrollment operations for Enrollment Management, including successful ongoing project management for the university’s CRM, as well as the development, execution, and analysis of mixed‑media, and data‑driven targeted recruitment campaigns. The Assistant Director utilizes a diverse set of software systems, database integrations, and technical operations designed to streamline andENUMMETIZE admission and enrollment functions. Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Operations, the position supports the implementation of data‑informed and systems‑based solutions to facilitate the execution of outreach, recruitment travel, territory management, recruitment communication, campus visit programming, recruitment efforts, and reporting and analysis on behalf of Wright State University and the Division of Enrollment Management.­ni The Assistant Director is responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage current and new technologies for the greatest effectiveness in enrollment operations. बयान The position represents the University at on‑campus events by providing advice on a range of admissionเต็ม and enrollment processes to a wide variety of constituents.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a related field

Experience managing admissions/student data and leveraging to build reports

Excellent verbal and written communicationcontained skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Effective problem solving and project management skills

Knowledge of admissions practices, processes, and procedures

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure

Commitment to working with people of diverse backgrounds

Ability to interpret federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations and required procedures

Preferred Qualifications

5 years using a CRM to drive admissions excellence

Extensive knowledge of the practices and procedures performed by Enrollment Management

System Support and Data Management (40%)

Coordinates administrative and technical functions associated with the CRM system, including testing and upgrades, management of玩大发快三 system integrations with the university’s student information system and various third‑party vendors, and collaboration with campus partners for recruitment and communication initiatives.

Monitors workflow processes, data processing systems, and oversees the quality, consistency, and integrity of all admissions data and records within the student information system confidentiality and security protocols and systems.

Designs CRM training plan and documentation. Oversees development of written documentation for all Enrollment Operations.

Works collaboratively with Enrollment Communications and Operations staff, University Communications and Marketing, and academic colleges to support development and tangent of personalized and brand‑specific messaging using technical skills.

Provides recommendations to other staff and academic unit personnel on best practices and procedures as they pertain to enrollment operations, mass marketing, and electronic communication, in addition to ensuring compliance with associated regulations and policies.

Manages the receipt and processing of admissions applications generated by lead delivery services, including automated, manual, recurring, and/or ad‑hoc data imports to the CRM.

Plays a critical role in fraud detection.

Collaboration and Leadership (25%)

Supports the management of reporting tools, queries, and regular data exports for Enrollment Operations.

Works with Enrollment Management team members to support CRM development and use including the expansion beyond admissions use and to include and improve business processes that are both efficient and student‑centered.

Maintains overall efficiency and functionality in operations to ensure business practices align with institutional enrollment.

Ensures the CRM system is used consistently and accurately by team members and looks for opportunities to enhance and expand the use of the CRM to help counselors build relationships and support.

Supports ongoing project management for the university’s CRM and associated systems, by monitoring system integrity and quality control, managing or supporting the execution of printed and electronic communication campaigns, and assist in the management of secure roles, permissions, and workspaces.

Assists in the development of routine operational and analytical reports/queries to support the strategic goals of Enrollment Management and campus partners.

Provides consultation, implementation, and ongoing resource support for strategic enrollment partnerships by serving on various Enrollment Management working groups.

Provides daily leadership and project management for Enrollment patrimônio. Successfully leads staff through change and growth. Prepare and maintain comprehensive train.

Search Management (25%)

Provides Flores day‑to‑day management for search data including managing the receipt and processing of data generated by lead delivery services, including automated, manual, recurring, and/or ad‑hoc data imports to the CRM.

Supports the ongoing development and management of mixed‑media, data‑driven targeted recruitment and enrollment communication plans executed within the CRM.

Configures the WSU Slate instance to meet the strategic needs of Enrollment Management, while ensuring data integrity throughout all instances of the CRM.

Over Osten the processing of various data uploads and lead delivery service integrations within the CRM, as well as actively updating source formats and system configurations.

Researches, conceptualizes, and implements highly effective search campaigns in coordination with Enrollment Management teams.

Creates and maintains prevenir reports that allow for analysis of search effectiveness and assist in ROI tracking.

Customer Service (5%)

Maintains an understanding of admissions policies, procedures, and student data to inform strategies and tactics of day‑to‑day work to best serve future students and the teams that support them.

Works collaboratively with community college partners and Wright State transfer team to support students who begin their college experience with a community college partner. Prioritizes the student experience and provides exceptional customer service.

Communicates directly with students and families as they navigate all parts of the admissions process, including calls, texts, and e‑mails directly throughout the process. Works closely with Obj counselors providing abruptly‑to‑date information on Wright State and their students.

Serves as an active member of Undergraduate Admissions through membership on committees. Assists with on‑and off‑campus events and programs.

Maintains thorough knowledge of trends in the field of enrollment. Occasional travel, and work nights and/or weekends expected. Completes special projects and duties as assigned.

Working Conditions Climate controlled office environment with high volume of customer service traffic. Some weekends and evening hours may be required. Must be able to handle high or increased stress levels mine recruitment times.
