Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Waldorf, MD. The Automotive Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear, consistent communication and excellent customer service in a fast‑paced professional environment. Responsibilities include guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair processes, managing service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair processes
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and collaboration with both customers and technicians
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Previous experience in an automotive or service advisor role is a plus, along with MyKaarma, Reynolds & Reynolds POWER
Knowledge of Chevrolet andაძემ vehicles is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are advantageous
