Job Description Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the work performed within the Guest Services Department. Coordinates guest services at the conference center to ensure a positive impression of the facility for staff members and guests.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise Guest Services Support Staff to provide 24‑hour, 7‑day coverage.

Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests.

Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel using established training programs in partnership with Aramark and conference center clients.

Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to deliver world‑class service in areas such as check‑in/check‑out, Lobby Ambassador Program, guest orientation, telephone service and PBX operation, handling of guest mail and special deliveries, reservation coordination, property‑management system usage, night audit, and sundry restocking.

Issue and monitor safe‑deposit boxes, and open/close cashier banks for support staff.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are versed in daily job functions, safety awareness, and Aramark policies and procedures.

Order, store, and inventory supplies necessary for daily operations.

Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Establish, implement, and follow all emergency procedures.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to world‑class service to clients, guests, and coworkers.

Strong knowledge of personal computers.

Experience in all facets of guest services.

Leadership, motivation, and effective communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Preferably two years’ experience in hospitality services or similar environment performing supervisor roles in Guest Services or Concierge.

Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment may be required.

Education Relevant educational background is preferred but not mandatory.
