Position Summary:
The US Men’s Shave Brand Marketing team is looking for a strategic and experienced Associate Brand Manager to join the team during a pivotal time in the Schick’s brand journey. This integral member of this growing team will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of the growth agenda and innovation pipeline for an iconic brand at a pivotal point in its brand journey.
We are looking for a self‑starter, strategic thinker and creative problem solver. You should be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve goals. A proven ability to influence without direct authority, thrive in ambiguity and embrace a growth mindset will be key.
This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to shape the future growth of the brand through innovation, packaging restaging, and compelling innovation activation platforms. Primary responsibilities will include partnering with the Senior Brand Manager to manage innovation from concept to launch execution, monitoring and assessing innovation performance, and leading marketing plan executions in support of LTOs/innovation. Additional core responsibilities may include forecasting, business analytics, project management across activations, customer initiatives, as well as monthly reporting on brand, competitive landscape, and budget.
While this role will have a heavier focus on innovation, renovation and LTOs, we are looking for a candidate who can continue to grow as a well‑rounded brand marketer and will be excited to rotate in the future into a more “base business” role and/or “communications” focused role as part of their career journey at Edgewell.
