We’re looking for a senior manager to translate digital‑first data into actionable consumer insights that drive brand growth, innovation, and category strategy across our portfolio. This position enjoysSolutions hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the office at either our Shelton, CT or New York City locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and synthesis of digital data into clear business insights.

Identify emerging trends and consumer opportunities across platforms.

Inform innovation, positioning, and portfolio decisions.

Manage external analytics partners (e.g., Black Swan, Revuze, Stackline).

Deliver compelling insight stories that drive action.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

8+ years in Consumer Insights, Analytics, or Digital Insights.

Experienced with digital data-modern and e‑commerce analytics.

Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred

CPG experience (beauty or personal care a plus).

Familiarity with tools such as Black Swan, Revuze, Stackline, CommerceIQ, Profitero, IRI, or Nielsen.
