From everyday needs to special occasions, members rely on you as their mini tour guide to help them locate special products. Depending on the shift, your tasks may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. What You’ll Do
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, offering guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products.
Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies by zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile items.
Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring proper rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards, and promoting seasonal merchandise.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to set priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and staged according to company policy.
