We are a U.S.-based manufacturing organization serving B2B markets with engineered products and systems. Our teams partner closely with distributors, contractors, and end users to support complex technical solutions across multiple industries. As we continue to grow, we are adding a Marketing Manager to strengthen brand presence, support sales initiatives, and help scale our marketing efforts. Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will play a hands‑on role supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This role works closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone with early management experience who enjoys both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

Execute and support B2B marketing campaigns targeting distributors, partners, and end users Develop and maintain product brochures, sales sheets, and technical documentation Design marketing assets across digital and print channels, including websites, email, social media, presentations, product literature, and technical guides Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools Support website content updates, structure, and optimization Build and maintain segmented email lists aligned to target markets Coordinate social media activity and monitor engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support marketing strategy Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Multimedia Design, Web Development, or a related field 2–3 years of people or project management experience 2–3 years of marketing experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment Working knowledge of website back‑end management, user interface design, and SEO best practices Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and WordPress (HTML, CSS, After Effects, and Premiere are a plus) Portfolio demonstrating experience with digital design, sales materials, technical presentations, email campaigns, and social content What’s Offered
