Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources Law firm in Midtown, Manhattan seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of marketing experience. Legal/law firm experience is preferred.
Salary range: 60k - 65k base plus OT.
Hours: 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing activities with attorneys and partners to support business development.
Develop and maintain content for digital platforms and marketing materials.
Manage and update contact databases and marketing-related calendars.
Prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Assist with logistics for speaking engagements, client events, and conferences.
Plan and execute firm events, seminars, and networking functions.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
1-
2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or law firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based content management systems.
Strong writing and editing skills for digital and print media.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Comfortable interacting with attorneys and professionals at all levels.
