As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Primark, you will oversee the visual proposition across the store and lead a high‑performing visual merchandising team. You’ll collaborate with store management to deliver impactful displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales. You’ll coach colleagues on best practices to create inspiring visual displays that influence the customer journey.
What You’ll Do • Manage and oversee the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns and provide direction and inspiration to the team.
• Serve as the creative ambassador for in‑store visual merchandising and partner with store teams and the Regional VM Manager.
• Hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers, ensuring adherence to operating standards, cost control, and Primark guidelines on POS and pricing.

What You’ll Bring
At least 4 years of prior experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager in a high‑volume retailer.
Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to customer needs.
Role model who can lead, motivate, and inspire the team, building confidence and enthusiasm.
Resilient with proven ability to lead a team and confident in giving constructive feedback.
Excellent creative skills that deliver an inspiring visual proposition while maximizing sales.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and management.
Skilled in providing consultation and advice with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
Strategically minded and organized, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to plan and prioritize work schedules within agreed timescales.
Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness.
Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, to instruct, coach, provide safety instructions, lead teams, and deliver customer service.
The pay range for this role is: $60,840 – $82,160. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
