Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordinator Fully Remote

The Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day execution, optimization, and reporting of our digital marketing programs.

Demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills, the coordinator will work closely with members of the Marketing team to ensure our systems, data, and campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

Specific Job Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Database Management (HubSpot)

Build, monitor, and refine segmented lists in HubSpot to support campaigns, events, and sales motions.

Track email engagement and replies—particularly automated notifications that a contact has left their company—and update CRM records accordingly.

Create and oversee workflows related to data hygiene, lead routing, campaign performance, and operational processes.

Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure the HubSpot database remains accurate, complete, and structured for optimal reporting and campaign targeting.

Digital Advertising & Audience Management

Assist with the setup, monitoring, and basic optimization of Google Ads and MOS ads in ZoomInfo.

Pull, upload, and maintain audience lists from ZoomInfo, HigherGov, and Definitive Healthcare to support outreach and targeting.

Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure ads are aligned with campaign goals and tracking requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate campaign performance dashboards and reports across HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Produce monthly (30-day) lookback analyses highlighting funnel activity, conversion performance, list growth, and campaign impact.

Operational Support

Support ongoing development of marketing KPIs and provide insights that help optimize channel effectiveness and data health.

Collaborate with the broader Marketing team on campaign execution and process improvement initiatives.

Assist with documentation of workflows, SOPs, and operational best practices.

Provide general support across Martech stack maintenance and troubleshooting as skills develop.

Requirements Experience Required 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign support, or a related role (internships, co‑ops, or relevant coursework welcomed).

Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and managing contact or account data.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously.

Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports.

Interest in marketing technology, systems optimization, and continuous improvement.

Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.

Curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work quality and accuracy.

Salary & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit‑based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time‑off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including applicable candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
