Conference Call Coordinator

We’re seeking a master scheduler to coordinate and prioritize conference calls for up to 10 team members across multiple time zones. This fully remote role operates on standard hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in your local time zone. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and carrier contacts (customers). Work with the Paradigm Management Team to prioritize and organize conferences by urgency and time frame. Coordinate with the assigned DKA to establish carrier availability for customer education calls. Provide customer service to both internal and external customers, acting as a liaison and problem‑solving partner with the Management Team. Manage frequent high‑demand and high‑urgency situations effectively and calmly. Communicate with internal customers, medical doctors, and staff in a professional manner. Qualifications

Education – High school diploma or equivalent. Experience – Minimum five years in administrative support services with success in a fast‑moving, demanding environment. Advanced computer skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Language Skills – Excellent oral communication skills and phone presence; ability to read, comprehend instructions, prioritize workload, and produce written correspondence. Customer Service – Strong telephone skills; upbeat, attentive, and capable of prioritizing competing needs of multiple customers. Problem Solving – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and devise creative solutions. Capable of multitasking in a paced work environment and handling last‑minute changes. Any combination of education, experience, or knowledge that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position will be accepted. Benefits
