Role Description This full‑time role supports the partner of our fast‑paced insurance defense litigation team, representing Fortune 500 companies in premises liability and other tort cases. The executive legal assistant will manage partner time and calendar, perform hourly time tracking and entry, coordinate practice‑management tasks, handle non‑billable administrative matters, schedule and maintain case files, draft and review documents, ensure deadlines are met, and communicate clearly with team members, witnesses, clients, courts, and attorneys.
Qualifications
5–10+ years of relevant experience
Detail‑oriented and highly organized
Excellent administrative‑management skills
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively
Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Salary: Base $60,000‑$75,000+ (experience‑based) with bonus potential and excellent benefits.
