The Role
YuMe Toys, an award‑winning global toy and consumer products company, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution and operations of its Global Marketing team. Reporting into the Director of Global Marketing, this role plays a critical function in coordinating workflows, managing assets, and enabling smooth execution across regions, partners, and platforms.
This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, solutions‑focused marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow professionally within global brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Coordination: Manage marketing timelines, workflows, and key deadlines across initiatives, maintain and share the global marketing calendar with sales teams, and proactively identify and escalates risks, issues, and bottlenecks to leadership.
Asset & Operations Management:
Maintain organized digital asset libraries, keep licensor brand guidelines and approved assets, preserve documentation from store checks and events, manage product sample requests and track shipping details.
Execution & Cross‑Functional Support:
Gather and organise materials required for marketing projects, ensure digital advertising copy is drafted, translated and approved, submit collateral via licensing portals, manage approval feedback, interface with licensors, partners, agencies, distributors, support sales teams, track and document creator and influencer posts, support on‑brand TikTok affiliates, draft affiliate briefs, support gifting campaigns, assist in planning and coordinating social and influencer campaigns, track KPIs and reports, and compile industry research.
Administrative & Team Support: Take notes, document meetings, track action items, provide ad hoc project support and ensure professional communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications事情, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination or related roles; toy, consumer products, or entertainment licensing experience is a plus but not required.
Experience and interest in using social media platforms.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive problem‑solver mindset with the ability to ambientais needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
