Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets while maintaining safety expectations.
Lead, motivate, coach, and discipline kitchen personnelimatic duty to ensure efficient and high‑quality food preparation and service.
Manage food costs, budgets, and maximize cost/production ratios to optimize financial performance.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, work, and storage areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Communicate clearly, conveying information and resolving concerns from co‑workers and guests effectively.
Education & Experience
Two‑year college degree with at least three years of related experience, or a four‑year college degree with a minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.
Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, including required supervisory experience. Ability to handle stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
Must meet certification requirements, which may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
