Reports To Executive Director / Director of Business Development
Job Description Summary Responsible for managing all aspects of organization marketing, including overseeing the marketing team, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, 테 and other payers.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Direct all daily marketing operations, overseeing establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Ensure staff comply with all laws, statutes and regulations related to anti‑kickback, lawful marketing activities, patient solicitation, and accurate marketing materials.
Maximize third‑party reimbursement through effective negotiation with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.
Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget, and in allocating resources to the marketing department while monitoring budgetary limitations.
Continu первое conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
Negotiate service pricing with insurance case managers and other payers within established financial and credit parameters.
Recruit, select, orient, and directly manage members of the marketing team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least three (3) years’ experience in health‑care marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Knowledge of corporate business management.
Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
