Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full‑time Sous Chef position.
Location:
Wesley at Tehaleh – 17702 Cascadia Blvd E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391
Schedule:
Full‑time; Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 am–7:30 pm (days and hours may vary; details upon interview)
Requirement:
3+ years of cooking experience (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)
Pay Range:
$23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards; ensure all deadlines are met.
Supervise hourly food‑service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
Store food in designated areas, following corporate, state, and federal food‑safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintaining appropriate serving temperatures.
Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; clean workstations thoroughly before leaving.
Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service to comply with all sanitation, safety, production, and merchandising requirements.
Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a১৭য়service‑oriented manner; relay relevant information to a supervisor alapján.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to associates and customers.
Keep up with peak production Schreiband services.
Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies; track consumption and waste; inform supervisors when supplies or product are low.
