Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the food and beverage production environment to help deter theft, trespassing, and/or suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security‑related issues or incidents. Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols. Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuation procedures when appropriate. Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Closing
