Compensation

Driver Positions Pay Weekly

Solo Miles Pay: $0.57 per Mile with 2000+ Miles per Week

Solo Stops Pay: $23.00 per Stop with 12-15 Stops per Week

Per Diem Pay: $52.00 per night with 4-5 nights per Week

Safety Bonus: up to $1250 per year

Sign On Bonus: $4000 ($2000 at 30 days, $2000 at 90 days)

Paid Training

Schedule: Sunday - Friday; Dispatch AM; Sunday Evening Load Pickup

Route and Equipment

Deliver SOLO to all states east of the Mississippi River; regional route

Tractor: 2023/2024 automatic sleepers; refrigerated, invertors, microwave, tri-pac & outward facing cameras

Trailer: Dry Van 48' & 53'

Freight: heavy touch/driver assist – garage doors

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age

Pass a Ryder drug test

Pass a Ryder background and vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

Class A verifiable experience in tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (9 months experience within past 3 years, OR 2 years experience within last 5 years, OR 5 years experience within last 10 years)

Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines

Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs

Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

Perform other duties as assigned
