Job Summary The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience is a vital member of the store leadership team, ensuring that team members and guests receive a quality experience in our stores every day. Assistant Managers lead from the floor, build, manage, and develop team members, and create an environment where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging and has opportunities to grow.
Leadership and People Management
Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, celebrating differences to support a productive and fun experience for all.
Engage team members by helping them understand how their work supports store and company success.
Implement the Store Manager’s people vision and cascade it to team members.
Support hiring and building a strong, diverse team that includes members with various experiences and skillsets.
Provide ongoing learning and development, offering direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous development check‑ins.
Lead performance management activities, including feedback, recognition, documentation, and address performance concerns.
Address employee concerns or issues, partnering with internal support when necessary.
Guest Experience and Community
Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor, assessing guest connection and technical product education.
Provide retail floor leadership, making in‑the‑moment decisions to maintain coverage and operational effectiveness.
Resolve guest feedback, including escalations and urgent requests, making it right for guests.
Operations, Product, and Strategy
Partner with managers to review business data and metrics to inform planning processes.
Maintain strategic product presentation/visual merchandising, ensuring proper product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes.
Open and close the store following procedures.
Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.
Budget Responsibility
Accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget and labor hours.

Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
Work occurs on a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings,دوثovernights, weekends, and holidays.
1 year people management experience.
1 year leadership experience managing business operations, administration, or projects.
1 year retail or sales management experience (nice to have).
1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees (nice to have).
Slowly; open with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (nice to have). Work may involve moving boxes up energie to 30 lbs and handling a bright, loud environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range:
$25.03 – $33.87/hour (subject to minimum wage in吹 location)
Target Bonus:
25%
Total Target Base Pay Range:
$31.29 – $42.34/hour
