Stipend Level 3: $3,660–$4,711 (depending on qualifications and years of coaching)

Reports to the Head Coach

Job Summary Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching planthat emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Duties include organizing and conducting practice sessions, managing team logistics, mentoring student‑athletes, guiding them athletically and academically, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Commitment to upholding school values and promoting a culture of respect and excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Help develop and implement practice plans and training programs under the direction of the head coach.

Assist in teaching and refining techniques and strategies.

里的 Monitor and evaluate player performance.

Coordinate team participation in matches, tournaments, and events.

Manage team equipment and logistics, including maintaining inventory.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Provide academic and personal guidance to student‑athletes.

Ensure compliance with all school and league policies and regulations.

Collaborate with school staff and the athletic department to support student‑athlete success.

Administrative and Communication Duties

Communicate with parents, school staff, and the athletic department regarding schedules, expectations, and team needs.

Help ensure all team members meet academic and eligibility requirements.

Manage rosters, attendance, schedule, and budget, including ordering uniforms, equipment, and supplies.

Preferred understanding of Google Suite for administrative duties. الني>

Uphold school student and-${ athletic policies.

Working Conditions

Must be available for after‑school practices, evening games, and occasional weekend events.

Ability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor or indoor events.

Physical ability to demonstrate techniques and participate in physical activities.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and experience with softball, preferably at a competitive level.

Previous coaching experience, preferably with high school athletes.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire student‑athletes.

Commitment to promoting academic achievement and personal growth.

First aid/CPR certification preferred.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
