Job Summary Full‑time Administrative Assistant needed to handle all administrative duties at the Charlotte location, including order status monitoring, report preparation, customer service, data entry, and support for various internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Utilize internal computer applications to monitor and update order statuses effectively.
Prepare detailed reports to track and communicate progress on order statuses.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Accurately input and manage data across various wob.
Collaborate with team members to follow up on work آسان. statuses and address any delays.
Engage with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to meet the service goals of the location and customers.
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements
Experience in billing & receiving functions, inventory management, accounts payable, payroll, etc. (preferred).
Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related programs.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of previous administrative experience required.
