Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee – Mobile Hydraulic Solutions

Program Overview During the first year you will complete a rotational development program at our Mobile Engineering Center in Savage, MN. You will learn the SunSource sales methodology, prospecting, territory planning, negotiation, and account management while working in the field with veteran sales representatives. Upon successful completion you will be promoted to an Account Manager position that gives you full control of your career.

What Will Be Expected of You
Develop the sales characteristics that drive success
Collaborate with managers across departments for direction on rotational experience
Gain exposure in Applications Engineering, Design Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Repair, and Operations
Receive fluid‑power technology training to support our complete systems solutions philosophy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, agribusiness OR a two‑year degree from a fluid‑power specific program OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Desire to pursue a career in technical sales
Strong technical aptitude; application of mechanical and/or electrical principles on mobile and industrial equipment
Industrious entrepreneurial spirit with resilience and drive to succeed
Excellent communication, presentation, phone, and business etiquette skills
Designated Territories (after training)
Birmingham, AL
