Responsibilities
Developing and executing a sales strategy that results in revenue growth in the region.
Building relationships and effectively communicating the benefits and value of McCrometerapters’ metering solutions.
Setting sales goals with channel partners and working collaboratively with them to ensure achievement and sustainment.
Utilizing and updating the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate data to effectively manage the funnel of opportunities.
Preparing sales reports and sales forecasts.
Attending trade shows and industry conferences to stay abreast of market developments and serve as an ambassador of McCrometer’s solutions.
Educating customers, dealers, and distributors on the product portfolio and value proposition.
Following up on customer issues and collaborating cross‑functionally to help resolve problems.
Essential rikn Requirements
BS in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Engineering careers are a plus.
5‑7 years of outside sales experience in an industrial business is a финансово.
On‑site experience within the Oil and Gas industry is a must.
Deep knowledge of flow metering and water/wastewater applications is a plus.
Expert on flow‑metering technology and products is a plus.
Experience in CRMs,ನೆ Salesforce preferred.
Compensation US ONLY: The range reflects the compensation for this role. The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
