Store Sales Representative
at
The Hillman Group .
Responsibilities include providing merchandising services and on‑site customer support across a territory of 21 stores, ensuring service plans and customer relations meet or exceed expectations. The role requires an average of 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with one overnight stay each month in Crescent City.
Compensation ranges from $18‑20 per hour, with a company car, corporate gas card, and other benefits. Cities include Grants Pass, Crescent City, Klamath Falls, Yreka, and Rogue River.

Responsibilities:
Travel to and among customer store locations as required.
Maintain and set store displays to plan‑ograms, assess inventory, place orders, remove defective product, and repair displays and equipment.
Construct store display resets, including tearing down and assembling displays and providing direction to support personnel.
Complete customer service sheets and surveys, take photos of displays.
Submit required records, receipts, and time reports accurately and promptly.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
Qualifications:
Two years of field service or merchandising experience, preferably in a large‑scale retail environment.
Ability to read and execute store plan‑ograms efficiently and use Word, Excel, Windows.
Ready to regularly travel to and among store locations, with occasional overnight stays.
Valid driver’s license and driver record acceptable under Hillman’s Vehicle Policy.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective relationship building with customers and public.
Work environment and physical demands include travel up to 200 miles daily, exposure to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Requires hand/eye coordination, functional vision and hearing. Packaging workload light‑medium, lifting up to 50 lbs.
