Perform regular maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions. Install new HVAC systems and components as per manufacturer specifications. Inspect and test HVAC system components for efficiency and safety. Provide clear and detailed reports on service performed and any additional recommendations. Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service, including explaining technical issues to clients in an understandable manner. Maintain inventory of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology and service techniques. Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices, as needed. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Certification) Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Pay Range

25-30 per hour plus commissions
