Job Summary and Qualifications Maintain all general maintenance on facility including plumbing, drywall, and fire door management. Assist in training of other building technicians.

Qualifications

Drivers License valid in this State is required.

High School Graduate / GED is required.

One year or more experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, in a commercial environment, supporting and servicing Building Automation Systems is required.

Must live within 30 minutes from the facility.

Experience in a Hospital or Healthcare organization is preferred.
