Sunroom Installers (W2) – Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring Sunroom Installers to support residential sunroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role and no prior sunroom installation experience is required. You'll work alongside experienced installers, receive on‑the‑job training, and start with material handling, prep work, and basic installation tasks while learning the trade. We value consistency and reliability over experience listened backward, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants steady employment.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $16‑$20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Typical work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed
Consistent start times and dependable scheduling
What You’ll Do
Assist with residential sunroom installations under the direction of lead installers
Learn proper installation techniques, measurements, and safety procedures
Carry, stage, and organize materials and tools on job sites
Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Communicate respectfully with homeowners and internal teams
Follow company installation standards and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Interest in construction, carpentry, or learning a skilled trade
Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
