What you’ll do:

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company’s products and services to support club objectives. Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches and techniques to ensure complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, the Open Door Policy, and other standards. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation according to company policies. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Ensures sales floor and merchandise presentation meet policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking, arranging, organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Monitors food and merchandise quality through product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and merchandising area categories. Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders to ensure products are selected and staged according to policy and procedures. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs through collaboration with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating their application, implementing action plans, and assisting management with ethical and compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating work assignments, providing advice and feedback, and modeling adaptability to change and new challenges. Must be 18 years of age or older. 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications
