Overview The

Virtual Sales Specialist

is accountable for building and executing business plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory for approved Bausch & Lomb products consistent with company compliance standards and all applicable legal requirements for key targeted Health Care Providers (HCP’s) within that territory. The Virtual Sales Specialist will report to the national Virtual Business Leader and will operate in a virtual and remote capacity, requiring flexibility to manage hours aligned with the time zones of target accounts.

Responsibilities

Execute business plans and drive the achievement of sales targets for the territory while assisting in vacancy management within the assigned geography.

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Eye Care Sales Specialist counterparts to ensure office coverage and pull‑through with key customers in the assigned geography.

Behave consistent with the above. Execute call plans for customers, including medical experts, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right person with the appropriate frequency. Allocate resources via customer service to effectively sample target customers.

Make effective use of available resources, technologies and channels to support sales calls; ensure B&L products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers.

Deploy and use approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs; run direct promotion and facilitate pull‑through activities.

Use expert knowledge of B&L products to build professional customer relationships and support sound clinical discussions.

Invite key customers to appropriate programs and promotional events.

Work effectively with other B&L stakeholders and resources in Sales and across other functions (DES, Marketing, etc.) to achieve sales targets.

Complete all required business administration requirements in an ethical and timely manner.

Qualifications \ {" Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a business‑related field).

Expertise戴… in computer technology specific to virtual interactions.

Expertise in communication and influencing skills.

Experience in a B2B environment or equivalent preferred (2+ years).

Experience promoting ophthalmology products and across therapeutic groups, disease states, and new product launches.

Demonstrated effective decision‑making, problem বাসing skills, and strategic thinking with outstanding communication skills.

Must reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zone (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting payraschereed role is between $75,000.00 and $115,000.00 (Senior level: $100,000.00 and $115,000.00). The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range; the actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, tuition reimbursement, holidays, and well‑being benefits. U.S. employees are also DReligible for sick time, floating holidays, and paid vacation.
