Outside Sales Representative - Signage & Graphics

Pay :
Salary + Bonus - $50,000 - $65,000 + Bonus Structure
We seek a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company and team that offers unlimited earning potential. A base salary and bonus structure are provided, plus a future opportunity to earn an uncapped commission structure. Prior sales experience and computer skills are required.
About the position
This individual will be responsible for driving sales opportunities within the organization and managing the sale life cycle of the opportunity. This will consist of strategically targeting sales opportunities in new territories, visiting these organizations in person, and offering solutions to their signage and graphic needs. This individual will collaborate daily with the graphic designers, production team, and installers if needed.
Sales training will be provided.
General requirements
Outside sales experience (at least 3+ years) - signage & graphics.
Ambition, self-motivation, and trustworthiness.
Exhibit extraordinary customer service skills and create long-term relationships with your clients.
Must communicate effectively with Graphic Designers, Production members, and Installers.
Maintain professionalism in all areas of business relationships.
Must be willing to go out and make contact with potential new customers.
Clean driving record and background check.
Optional “Nice to Have” Add-Ons
Existing relationships with local contractors, fleet managers, or facility managers – signage & graphics industry.
Experience selling high-ticket custom projects ($10k–$50k+).
Familiarity with municipal or government bidding processes.
Background in marketing, branding, or visual communications.
