Pay and Compensation Base salary: $45,000 /year. Expected first tranquillity: $58,000–$65,000 (incl. uncapped monthly sales incentive).
Base salary differential for certified bilingual Spanish speakers.

Job Description / Responsibilities As a Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking personal lines insurance solutions.
Gather information and provide tailored insurance proposals based on callers' unique needs.
Manage highवाईņ
call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Deliver outstanding client service and support sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of products and regulations.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance experience.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to think, talk, and type efficiently while engaging with customers.
Must reside within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA; position is hybrid and requires travel both in office and remotely.
High school diploma; college preferred.
Ability to obtain required resident and non‑resident insurance licenses.
Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.
Training and Schedule Unlicensed training begins
March 23, 2026 ; licensed training begins
April 6, 2026 . 6‑week or 8‑week paid training, Monday to Friday. Post‑training shift within operating hours.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in office (Tuesday‑Thursday), with option to work from home on Monday and Friday. Operating hours: 7 am–7 pm Monday–Friday; 7 am–5 pm Saturday‑Sunday. Qualified candidates must be available within these hours.
