Base pay range $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Your Mission Keep customers in‑stock umfang equipment spotless, and beverage stations ready to delight. As a Field Sales and Delivery Representative for our coffee and tea programs, you provide route relief, execute scheduled deliveries, and drive revenue growth at every stop.
Why This Role Matters
Reliability: Ensure every account on your daily schedule receives on‑time delivery and service.
Quality: Perform a minimum of one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check) and maintain clean, fully functional equipment.
Growth: Increase revenue per stop by closing distribution voids on core items, running seasonal/LTO promotions, and executing pricing actions.
Customer Success: Raise issues promptly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction svartŸ.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products; set beverage stations to standard.
Manage invoices, inventory, and collections on route.
Use the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to strengthen loyalty; make opportunistic sales calls when time allows.
Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, and new opportunities—especially when running route relief.
Support ASM initiatives including inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer‑related assignments.
Learn basic brewing equipment maintenance andаз make minor repairs/adjustments.
Assist, as needed, with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service activities.
Schedule & Driving Requirements
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm; overtime when needed.
Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a DOT physical.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Route delivery background a plus.
Customer service experience preferred; foodservice exposure desirable.
Clean driving record.

The base salary range for this role is listed in the job posting and may vary with experience and qualifications. We apply location‑based salary adjustments; in higher‑cost markets, employees may receive a geographic pay premium based on market data and local economic factors. Specific pay will be discussed during the hiring process in relation to your work location.
