Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.

Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing personalized insurance solutions, guiding clientsപ്പെട through renewals, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Collaboration & Execution: Partner with internal teams and carriers to deliver accurate proposals, seamless onboarding, and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements Must have an active, Connecticut State P&C Producer License. Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation is a plus.
