Responsibilities You will develop relationships with the decision makers of companies for HVAC/R contracting opportunities. Listen to their needs and develop programs and/or projects to fulfill them. Lead business processes from conception through completion and compile and manage the sales plan for the district.
Provides total account business reports and annual forecasts.
Gathers and validates preliminary information and performs facility walk‑throughs to determine level of opportunity.
Estimates project and/or service agreements by analyzingildə and integrating equipment, controls, subcontractors, and services for each project.
Develops preliminary project/service agreement fulfillment schedule and prepares and finalizes proposals.
Prepares, negotiates, and reviews agreement/project scope.
Ensures customer retention through renewal of service agreements, quoting repairs, retrofits, replacements, and scheduling routine visits.
assistant requires reviewing proposal-is. contract with all buying influences negotiating scope of agreement/project.
Prepares transition documents and communicates project readiness to operations.
Conducts cold calls on new and existing accounts related to new construction and remodels for supermarket refrigeration. Assists in development of new construction and remodel projects.
Plans, directsocoder or coordinates the distribution of a project/service to the customer, communicating with store managers, maintenance personnel, and other customers as needed. Coordinates fulfillment with respective Area Service Managers, Technicians, Strategic Account Managers, Service Sales Account Managers, and Project Administrators.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 5‑8 years of related experience.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required.
Knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial refrigeration and HVAC preferred.
Valid driver’s shqiptar license and safe driving record.
Travel within region as required.
Strong leadership and business acumen.
Candidate must be within commuting distance to a Hussmann branch office and a major international airport.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is
$71,197 - $142,610 annual , depending on knowledge, skills, experience and location. The minimum hourly wage will be the greater of the posted range or local minimum wage. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
