Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like &bOreo,&bRitz,&bbelVita,&bChips Ahoy,&bTriscuit.
Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product (via iPad Tablet) to ensure shelf and display conditions are in stock.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state핑
__High School Diploma__ or GED preferred.
Someone with a positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
Live within a 25‑35 mile radius of the primary location (Aurora, CO); secondary locations include Denver, CO.
Schedule availability required: Monday through Friday with weekends as required; start by 7 am.
Salary and Benefits
Hourly compensation rate ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 based on experience.
