Are you a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional looking to make an impact? As an Inside Sales Specialist at Dunlop Protective Footwear USA, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing customer accounts across Industrial, Construction, Food Processing, Agriculture, and Retail sectors. You’ll combine inside sales, account management, and proactive customer outreach to ensure our clients receive exceptional support while driving growth for our business. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, and perfect for someone ready to jump in, solve problems, and deliver results. Your Tasks

Manage and grow accounts, strengthen relationships, drive repeat business, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Dunlop’s full product line. Business development: conduct proactive outreach to prospects and lower-tier accounts, supporting new customer acquisition and pipeline growth. Customer support & order management: serve as the primary contact for accounts, process orders/quotes/RGAs efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored product recommendations. Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to support promotions, programs, and process improvements. Market and product expertise: build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dunlop products, monitor industry trends, and track competitive activity. Team and brand contribution: share customer insights, support colleagues as needed, and help strengthen Dunlop’s market presence through professional communication and brand representation. Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience) Bonus: Performance-based opportunities We’re looking for someone who: Brings energy, fresh ideas, and a strong work ethic. Associate’s degree or higher preferred (equivalent experience accepted). 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development (B2B or distribution/manufacturing preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred). Positive, team-oriented attitude and a natural drive to take initiative. DUNLOP PROTECTIVE FOOTWEAR
